Elliot BeinfastCouncilman Elliot Beinfest

Elliot C. Beinfest is a Linwood resident for twenty-one years, Linwood City Councilman since 1995, and immediate past president of City Council from January, 2000 through January, 2002. Elliot is an attorney, with a general law practice emphasizing taxation, wills and estates, transactional real estate and commercial matters. A successful New Jersey lawyer since 1980, Elliot's law offices are in Ventnor.

City Council responsibilities have included Rescue Squad Committee, Chairman; Administrative Committee, Chairman; Tax Committee, Chairman; Insurance Committee, Chairman, and Municipal Court Committee and membership on Board of School Estimates. In addition, Elliot served as the Public Defender for Linwood for six years, from 1988-1994.

An active member of numerous civic organizations, Elliot's volunteerism includes Northfield Linwood Kiwanis, Past President and Member of the Board of Directors; Advisor to Mainland Regional High School Key Club; Northfield Linwood Kiwanis Foundation, Founder, Secretary and member of the Board of Trustees; Jewish Federation of Atlantic and Cape May Counties, Vice President, and Coach of Linwood sports teams. Elliot was also a founding member of the Board of Trustees of the Linwood Education Foundation.

Elliot and his wife, Adrienne reside in Linwood. They have two sons.


Stacy DeDomenicisCouncilwoman Stacy DeDomenicis

Stacy moved to Linwood from Atlantic City in January 1991 with her husband Greg and children, Gregory and Gabrielle.

She is a graduate of Our Lady of Mercy Academy and South Jersey Business School.

Stacy is a Licensed Insurance Producer and has the Accredited Associate of Insurance and Certified Professional Insurance Women designations.   As a member of the National Association of Insurance Women of Atlantic County since 1992, Stacy held many positions including President from 2001-03.  She received the Insurance Professional of the Year Award in 2005.  In 1997, she represented the Region I at the National Association Convention in the Communicate with Confidence Speak Off.

Stacy’s community involvement began shortly after arriving in Linwood by participating in school activities such as Art goes to School.   She was Past Linwood Little League Concession Board Member, Past Linwood Panther Cheerleading Coach, Member of the Mainland High School Safety Program, After Prom Volunteer since 2000 and a  Member of Our Lady of Sorrows Church.

Stacy served as member of the Linwood Zoning Board from 2005 to 2007 and was elected to City Council in 2007.


Donna TaylorCouncil President Donna Taylor

Donna Taylor was appointed to Linwood City Counsel on May 12, 2004 to fill the unexpired term of Patricia Guerrina. A lifelong resident of Linwood, Ms. Taylor attended the Linwood schools and is a graduate of Mainland Regional High School. Ms. Taylor is a graduate of what is now called The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and the Villanova University Law School. Ms. Taylor is currently an Assistant County Counsel in the Law Department for Atlantic County Government.

Her community involvement includes serving as the Atlantic County Coordinator for GROW Republican Women, Vice President for the Mainland Mariners Swim Club and volunteers her time with many of the Youth athletic organizations. She has served as a high school mock trial coach and is a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Church.

Ms. Taylor is married to David Taylor and is the mother of three children, David, Sean, and Patrick.


Councilman Todd Gordon

Todd Gordon was appointed to Linwood City Council on January 4, 2012 to fill the unexpired term of Alex Marino.  Mr. Gordon was elected to a full three year term on November 6, 2012.  A lifelong resident of Linwood, Mr. Gordon attended the Linwood schools and is a graduate of Mainland Regional High School, and Drexel University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering (Magna Cum Laude) .  Mr. Gordon is currently employed by South Jersey Gas as Manager.  His community involvement includes serving on the Linwood Zoning Board from 2002 to 2012 (past vice chair), Linwood BOE Superintendent's Advisory Council, Linwood BOE Master plan Committee (past ViceChair), elected member of the Atlantic County Committee since 2006, Linwood Republican Club (past President), Wetlands Institute Fundraising Committee (past CoChair)  and volunteers his time with many of the Youth athletic organizations.  Mr. Gordon is married to Maureen and is the father of three children, Anna, Michael, and Tommy.


Councilman Ralph PaoloneCouncilman Ralph Paolone

Ralph has lived in Linwood since 1992 with his wife Deborah and their three children, Garrett, Gabrielle, and Gavin.  Ralph is very active in the community and was elected to City Council in 2005.  Ralph has coached the Mainland United’s U11 boys travel soccer team and head coach of the Mainland Junior Wrestling Team.  They are members of the Our Lady of Sorrows Church. 

Ralph attended Williamstown High School where he successfully participated in soccer, wresting, and tennis.  As wrestler Ralph qualified for the nationals and ranked 4th in the country Division Three.   

Ralph graduated from Ursinus College in 1985 and Delaware Law School of Widener University in 1988, receiving his Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude.  Ralph opened his Law practice in 1996 and is a certified civil trial attorney.    Ralph has served on the Zoning Board and is a member of the Atlantic County Republican Organization.          


Councilman Timothy TigheCouncilman Timothy Tighe

Tim moved from Margate to Linwood in 1989 shortly after marrying life long Linwood resident Michele McGinty.  Tim was elected to City Council in 2005 and is very involved in numerous local sports. He has been a Planning Board Member since 1992 and coaches Lasar Basketball and U-13 MUSA Soccer. 

Tim’s two daughters, Colleen and Michaela are active in the travel soccer program and his son Tim plays football, baseball and street hockey.  His wife Michele is a special education teacher in the Linwood School System.

Tim is a 1982 Graduate of the University of Richmond with a degree in Economics.  He is a 5th degree Master in the Martial Art of Tang Soo Do.    He is a partner in CJ Adams Company, Inc. 


Councilman Darren Matik

Since relocating to Linwood with his family in 2006, Darren Matik has been an active member of the community, contributing his time as a baseball and basketball coach, participating in the planning of numerous community events to promote Linwood recreation, and ultimately serving as the Recreation Board’s past president.   Greatly committed to the quality of education in Linwood, Darren has served as Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee, and has recently been appointed to the Superintendents Advisory Committee.   Darren has served on Council since September 2012.

A 1992 graduate of the University of Delaware, Darren earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, and minored in the study of Political Science.  He is currently a partner of H2M Beverage, a beverage manufacturer based in Pompton Lakes, NJ.

Darren resides with his wife, Brett, and their two sons, Zachary and Xander.
